During party time, your child can play some games and enjoy a screening of How the Grinch Stole Christmas!

Party includes 2 slices of pizza, an individual bag of popcorn, and a drink. Kids are welcome to wear holiday PJs and get comfortable on our acro mats as we screen the movie in our dance studio!

Join us for a halloween dance party for dancers aged 4-10! Make sure to wear a costume to get into the Halloween spirit!

We are excited to bring you this seminar entirely focused on prenatal and postpartum core work and rehabilitation! Join our instructor Rachel, a licensed physical therapist, as she leads you through both education and exercises surrounding pre and postnatal core work.

It can take up to two years for a mama’s core to recover from pregnancy, so moms of toddlers will benefit from this class as well! New and current clients are welcomed for this class.

Join Balancing Bear Yoga for a 45 minute yoga class on the last Saturday of every month for you and your child to discover the magic of yoga through games, music, movement, breathing & more. You and your child will connect with each other, socialize with local families, and have fun! The class will be led by Kelsey Iani RYT 200.

All are welcome - Moms, Dads or other Caregivers! No yoga experience needed. The class content is geared toward children ages 3 to 7 although all children are welcome. Please bring one yoga/exercise mat for you and your child to share. Water is also recommended. We hope families will spend a few minutes after the class to meet & greet.

We have so many moms with little daughters in our community, so we’ve decided to structure this mommy/daughter barre class just for them. Join us at the barre with your daughter (between the age of 3-11) for this 45 minute class. We can’t wait to show your little ones what you do at the barre!
